Your First Visit
We know that visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience. That is why we have produced this guide so that you know exactly what will happen when you come to our practice.
One thing is for sure, we will try our very best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
So let's start:

On your visit you will be welcomed by our receptionist. They will then take some details from you; name, address, date of birth. You will then be invited to relax in our waiting area, you can read some of our magazines if you arrive early.

Your own dental assistant will then personally take you through to meet your dentist.

Our aim is to make you feel at home.

After getting to know your dentist and nurse, the dentist will have a thorough look at your teeth. He/she will then recommend if there is any treatment needed, but don’t worry we won’t do any treatment if you don’t want.

You will receive a printed treatment plan of what you need doing, together with what each item costs. You will then be able to take this home and decide in your own time whether you want to have this treatment.
Remember it’s what you want that counts. We believe in treating the whole person, not just your teeth.
If at any stage you are unsure of anything then please feel free to ask your dentist or nurse, they will be only too pleased to help you.
