Terms & Conditions
We like to keep everything as simple as possible at SID.
For us to provide you with a service and prices that will not be beaten, we ask you to follow a few simple terms.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have booked that time off in the dentist’s appointment book, especially for you. We do not want to rush your appointment, but give you the time you need. Also if we then run late, every our client we have booked in will not be seen on time.

We realise that things crop up, unforeseen events happen that cause you to be unable to make your appointment. If that is the case we ask you to give us 24 hours notice for cancelling your appointment. Unfortunately should we not receive sufficient notice we will charge to your account the cost of treatment for that visit.

Persistence lateness and failure to attend your appointments will result in us being unable to provide you with our service.

We ask you to be patient should your dentist be running late. Sometimes unforeseen difficulties occur during treatment, causing us to run late. We will at every opportunity make sure that you are seen on time, but if delays occur, will be keep you informed.

Payment for treatment is always on the same day. Much like your Pay-As-You-Go mobile. Failure to pay on the day will result in no further appointments being made. Any dental care requiring laboratory work will be subject to full payment before the final appointment ( we need to pay the laboratory).

We will always give you sufficient notice and time to pay outstanding fees. Should payment not result we will regrettably have to take legal steps to secure the outstanding debt.
We do not like rules and will always try to keep them to a minimum. We only use them so that you the customer will benefit. The only way we can provide the service we do at the prices we do is by working efficiently and in cooperation with you.
